Our Story

Built on a simple belief: real food tastes better when it's made with intention.

33 Peaks Cafe started as a corner counter with an oven and a stubborn refusal to cut corners. Today we're so much more — a full bakery, a coffee bar, and a curated grocery shelf — but the principle hasn't changed.

Every croissant is laminated by hand. Every loaf is fermented long enough to earn its crust. Every item on our grocery shelves is something we'd serve our own families. That's not marketing. That's just how we do it.

We didn't add a grocery section to sell more stuff. We added it because our regulars kept asking: "Where can I buy this bread at home?" and "Do you carry that honey from the farmer's market?"

So now our shelves are stocked with the things we'd grab ourselves — local honey, small-batch olive oil, house-made jams, specialty coffees to brew at home, and pantry staples that don't come with a wall of ingredients.
